You can get in touch with me by completing the contact form on this website.
If you are interested in starting therapy, you are welcome to get in touch with any questions or to arrange an initial 20 minutes consultation (free of charge). You do not need to know exactly what you want to work on before reaching out — we can explore this together.
I aim to respond to enquiries within 2 working days.

My standard fee is £100 per 50-minute individual therapy session and £130 per 60-minute couples therapy session.
I also offer a limited number of sessions at a reduced rate through a sliding scale for students, people on a low income, and those who are unemployed. Reduced fees range from £80–£100 for individual therapy and £110–£130 for couples therapy, depending on individual circumstances and availability.
If you would like to discuss the sliding scale, please get in touch and we can talk about what may be possible.

I aim to create a therapeutic space that feels open, thoughtful and collaborative. I want you to feel able to bring what is important to you into our sessions, including things that may feel difficult, uncomfortable or hard to put into words.
I tend to work with curiosity rather than assumptions. We will take time to understand what has brought you to therapy and how you are experiencing it, while also considering the wider context of your life, relationships and experiences. At times, our work may be more exploratory and reflective; at other times, we may focus on particular difficulties and work more practically towards change.
I will not tell you how you should live your life or what decisions you should make. Instead, I see my role as helping you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences, so that you can make choices that feel right for you.
I also believe that therapy does not need to feel overly formal or clinical. While I take my work seriously, I value warmth, honesty and a genuine human connection within the therapeutic relationship. My hope is that, over time, therapy becomes a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and where we can work together openly and honestly.

I offer individual therapy and couples therapy for adults, as well as therapeutic coaching.
Sessions are available in person in London and online for clients based in the UK and internationally.
Individual and couples therapy can be offered on either a short-term or longer-term basis, depending on your needs and what we agree together. Therapeutic coaching is a more focused and goal-oriented form of support, which may be suitable when you are looking for help with a particular area of your life without wanting to engage in psychotherapy.
If you are unsure which service would be most appropriate for you, we can discuss this during an initial consultation.

If you are considering therapy and would like to find out more, you can get in touch with me through the contact form.
I offer an initial 20 minutes consultation (free of charge) where we can briefly talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you are looking for, and whether I might be the right therapist for you. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the process.
There is no expectation to commit to ongoing therapy after the initial consultation. Finding a therapist you feel comfortable working with is an important part of the process, and the first step is simply starting a conversation.

I don't believe that therapy is something that should look the same for everyone. Each person comes to therapy with their own experiences, relationships, circumstances and ways of understanding the world, and I believe the therapy should reflect this.
My training across different therapeutic approaches allows me to draw from different ways of working rather than being limited to one particular model. I am particularly interested in understanding the person behind the difficulty — not only what you are experiencing, but how you have come to experience yourself and the world in this way.
I also bring a cross-cultural perspective to my work, having lived, studied and worked across both Eastern and Western contexts. This has shaped my understanding of the ways that culture, family, relationships, identity and belonging can influence our experiences.
Most importantly, I place a great deal of importance on the therapeutic relationship. I believe that therapy works best when there is a genuine sense of trust, openness and collaboration between therapist and client. My aim is to create a space where you can be yourself, explore what may be difficult to put into words, and work towards a way of living that feels more meaningful to you.
